How to Support VCU Libraries
Great academic libraries rely on loyal benefactors who understand that the library lies at the very heart of the university. When you make a gift to VCU Libraries, you invest in the success of every student at VCU. VCU students work hard and study hard, and they need first-rate library resources available to them for long and late hours. Two million patrons a year come in our doors—to check out laptops, tablets and, yes, books; to seek research guidance; to connect with study partners in collaborative workspaces and to use quiet areas for focused concentration. And our collections—print and digital books and journals, media and more—remain an indispensable foundation for the extraordinary research, scholarship and teaching of our world-class faculty.
VCU Libraries welcomes your support in different forms. Whether you choose to give directly to our unrestricted fund or to one of our endowments, join our planned giving program or make a gift in honor of a student, new graduate or faculty member, we thank you. Please contact the VCU Libraries Development Office with any questions you might have, including setting up a payment schedule.
