Women played a pivotal but often unrecognized role in the Civil Rights movement. Join us to honor their contributions in a panel discussion with Richmond's own Ora Lomax, Elizabeth Johnson Rice, and Hilda Warden; moderated by Bonnie Winston. The sixth annual VCU Libraries Black History Month Lecture is sponsored by the VCU Friends of the Library.
Free and open to the public. Parking is available for a fee in the West Main Street and West Cary Street parking decks. If special accommodations are needed, please call (804) 827-1165 or 827-1163 prior to February 8, 2008.
