Google Scholar uses a search engine-style interface to find scholarly literature. Researching with it, however, is not the same as searching the Web! This class will cover basic and some advanced aspects of using Google Scholar, getting Google Scholar to work with VCU resources, and give you a little bit more information about what Google Scholar is and how it works.
