VCU Cybersecurity fair 2011 is an educational opportunity for all VCU
employees and students. Attendees can learn about ways to protect
themselves from cyber threats such as viruses, phishing, identity theft
and hacking. Food and Prizes will be available. Registration is
recommended but not required. Full day of attendance is not required. The fair will be held at Tompkins-McCaw Library on the MCV campus. It opens at 8:30 a.m. and closes at 2:30 p.m.
The fair is an annual event hosted jointly by VCU and VCU Health System. In addition to the contributions received by the vendors, VCU Cybersecurity Fair is supported internally by VCU Libraries, VCU Health Systems, VCU School of Medicine, VCU School of Nursing and VCU Technology Services.
