If you need images for a paper or presentation, this workshop will offer an introduction to finding and using images from VCU Libraries' digital image collections and from other resources. In addition to general help with understanding image copyright and citation, this session will cover image search engines, free image resources and digital image databases available to the VCU community.
ARTstor, AP Images, Springer Images and AnatomyTV are a few of the resources that will be discussed. This workshop is open to all. No advance registration is required.
The "Finding Images" workshop will be on Friday, Oct. 7 from noon to 1 p.m. in the James Branch Cabell Library classroom 319 on the Monroe Park Campus.
