
In a webinar the other day, I was introduced to a website that serves as the source for a muti-state, longitudinal panel study that began in 2006 and is being funded by the Robert Wood Foundation. The study looks at nurses' turnover rates, their intentions, and attitudes such as intent, satisfaction, organizational commitment, and preferences about work. I wanted to pass it along in case it was of interest.
