Items lost from VCU Libraries will be assessed a minimum replacement fee ($80.00 for books from the collection at James Branch Cabell Library; $150.00 for books from the collection at Tompkins-McCaw Library) plus a $10 non-refundable lost item processing fee. Equipment, items from the media collection, and materials which are rare or valuable may be assessed a higher replacement fee.
