How to Join the Friends of the Library
Online
Friends of the Library may join or renew their annual donation online. The Friends of the Library registration form allows you to submit your donation online and pay with your personal credit card via our secured server. The VCU Libraries accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card. The VCU Libraries cannot accept corporate checks or credit cards as payment for your individual donation.
If you choose to pay with a personal check via the online registration form, you will need to visit the Circulation and Information Services Desk at Cabell Library, the Service Desk at Tompkins-McCaw Library, or the VCU Libraries Development Office, 2nd floor, James Branch Cabell Library, to complete your donation and registration. Please note it takes approximately two weeks until your donor benefits are available for your use. Friends will be notified by the VCU Libraries Development Office when the gift has been processed and donor privileges are available. Gifts made to the VCU Libraries are tax deductible as allowed by law.
