We offer research assistance to patrons whenever the library is open, through the Information Services desk on the first floor of Cabell Library. Information Associates can assist patrons to use VCU Libraries Search, as well as research guides created by subject specialist librarians for a variety of topics and classes, in order to locate resources appropriate for their research needs. When more in-depth assistance is requested, staff can connect patrons to our research librarians or set up a consultation request. We also provide research assistance via chat and text.
