Fees for Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services
Service Fees:
Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services are extended to VCU employees and students who are currently employed by or enrolled in a VCU program. VCU Libraries offers document delivery services to some affiliates, e.g., Friends of the Libraries and Preceptors. The table below outlines the fees for each service.

Overdue Fees:
There is a $110 minimum replacement fee for long overdue (14 days minimum) interlibrary loan materials. When long overdue interlibrary loan materials are returned, the user will still owe a $10 non-refundable overdue processing fee. The user's ILLiad record remains blocked until all overdue interlibrary loan materials are returned and fees are paid.
