Document Delivery

PHOTOCOPY DELIVERY

• Library staff will retrieve, photocopy and deliver copies of articles from journals or chapters from books owned by VCU Libraries. Allow 48 business hours from the time of receipt by staff for processing your request.

• To request this service, complete the appropriate ILLiad request form.

• There are no charges to Preceptors

LOANSOME DOC

• Loansome Doc is a method of ordering documents for users from the National Library of Medicine's PubMed® database.

• To learn more about this service, see Loansome Doc.

• There are no charges. Loansome Doc users must also register as ILLiad users. To receive this service free, it is required that you identify yourself as a Preceptor in the "Comment" field of each Loansome Doc request. Otherwise, requests not indicating a Preceptor status will be billed the regular document delivery charges.
