Checking the Status of Outstanding Requests

Outstanding requests are requests that have not yet been filled.  Requests with the following statuses are inactive.  All other statuses are considered active.

  • Cancelled by ILL Staff
  • Cancelled by Customer
  • Request Finished
  • Delivered to Web

 

To determine the status of your request:

  • Log on to your ILLiad record. 

The ILLiad Main Menu will display.  You will see a list of all your outstanding requests.  The "Status" column displays the status of each outstanding request.
