Checking the Status of Outstanding Requests
Outstanding requests are requests that have not yet been filled.
- Log on to your ILLiad record.
The ILLiad Main Menu will display. You will see a list of all your outstanding requests. The "Status" column displays the status of each outstanding request.
- Open the PDF "Explanation of ILLiad Statuses" for more information about an item status.
