Letter from Teamsters President Jimmy Hoffa

James R. Hoffa [1913-1975(?)], president of the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, was ordered by a federal court to rid the Teamsters of corruption in 1959. The cartoon appeared in the Richmond Times-Dispatch on July 15, 1959.
