VCU Libraries QuickSearch, Find Database and My Search Tools Retirement

The new VCU Libraries Search will replace VCU Libraries QuickSearch and My Search Tools as of August 23, 2012. VCU Libraries Search includes a wider selection of full-text articles and is fully integrated with VCU Libraries' books, journals, and e-resources.

  • For personalized search tools such as saved queries, e-mail alerts, RSS feeds, and an e-Shelf, visit VCU Libraries My Account, e-Shelf, and Saved Searches in VCU Libraries Search.
  • To find databases by name or by subject, use the Databases list, which features a new, easier-to-use Databases by Subject list.
  • Find more in-depth resources by subject in Research Guides.
  • Search for items at other Richmond Academic Library Consortium (RALC) locations with WorldCat, where you can limit your search to libraries in proximity to your zipcode. WorldCat also offers more powerful media and advanced search features.
