Rush Service:

Requests for guaranteed same-day service must be received by 2:00 p.m. Central Time and are accepted at the discretion of the BIS research staff. Guaranteed same-day service from non-Vanderbilt sources may be limited.
Guaranteed same day - $20 + cost for Corporate and Research Affiliates;
$25 + cost for non-members.

Turnaround Time:

BIS standard for completing document requests is 24 hours. Actual time, however, may vary depending upon time request is received, staff availability, electronic system accessibility, and completeness of citation.
