User Services
The User Services Desk is the main point of contact at the library. Stop at the Service Desk to ask questions, borrow and return books, pick up materials requested through interlibrary loan, or review materials that have been placed on reserve by your instructor. The Service Desk is where you will pay for library fines, the fee-based photocopy service, and for other charges such as Instructional Media Workshop materials. You can also obtain information about group study or anatomical model rooms which are available for use on the second floor. Printing Services
Printing services are available in the library for a fee of $.08 cents for a single sided page, or $.12 cents for a double sided page, and $.50 cents a page for color. You will need your VCU Identification card or to purchase a Ram Bucks card from the Ram Bucks machine located on the first floor near the copiers and printers. Photocopiers are located on the first floor near the printers, and also in the basement near the drink machine. Copies are $.10 cents a page, and can be paid for using Ram Bucks.
