Unveiling of the Sefer Torah: View a Torah That Survived the Holocaust

Special Collections and Archives will be holding a special unveiling and viewing event of the Sefer Torah generously donated by Martin L. Johnson, M.D., and Olivia Young for use by researchers and scholars.

This Torah, a valued addition to VCU Libraries' Special Collections and Archives, complements VCU Libraries' scholarly and programming partnership with the VCU School of World Studies. The annual Brown-Lyons Lecture on Jewish faith and culture returns to the Cabell Library Lecture Hall in spring, 2017.
