Exam stress-relief programming is planned at Tompkins-McCaw Library for the Health Sciences.
Nov. 30 - Dec. 3 and Dec. 7 - 10
Free coffee, tea and snacks will be provided for students from 3 to 5 p.m.
Dec. 7 - 11 During library hours
Adult Coloring and LEGO Build
Take a break from studying to color and build Dec. 7 - 11. Relax and unwind with adult coloring pages and get creative with LEGOs in the Tompkins-McCaw's Library's Special Collections and Archives Reading Room. Art supplies and LEGOs will be provided.
Dec. 8, noon - 1 p.m.
Study Break: Guided Meditation
Take a break from studying for your exams to de-stress, refocus, and find balance in a relaxed setting. Join Georgianne Ginder, health and wellness counselor for the VCU Health Arts and Healthcare Program, for a guided meditation session at the Tompkins-McCaw Library for the Health Sciences. She will lead two 30-minute meditation sessions at noon and 12:30 p.m.

Study Break: De-stress with Dogs on Call
Dogs on Call teams will be at the Tompkins-McCaw Library for the Health Sciences during the lunch hour. The Dogs on Call program is part of the Center for Human-Animal Interaction at VCU Health. Their mission is to improve health and well-being through human-animal interaction.
