Tompkins-McCaw Library hosts Welcome Week open houses, demos, tours

Annual library open houses welcoming new and returning students to the MCV Campus will take place Tuesday, Aug. 18, and Thursday, Aug. 20, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Tompkins-McCaw Library for the Health Sciences, 509 N. 12th St.
Learn about VCU Libraries resources and services available both in the building and online anywhere you have Internet access. Stop by to meet the staff, see demos of library databases and equipment, tour the facility and see our collaborative spaces.
In other Welcome Week activities:
On Wednesday, Aug. 19, visit the library table at the Orientation Fair at Larrick Student Center to meet with librarians and ask questions, see databases and search strategy demonstrations. Learn about Data Research Management and Innovative Media services, VCU's Scholars Compass digital repository and much more.
