Thelma Mack has an M.S. in teaching. She has worked at Tompkins-McCaw Library for the Health Sciences since 2006. She provides administrative support and assists with research and education initiatives. She is the main contact for coordinating library instruction and workshops offered at Tompkins-McCaw for all VCU students, faculty and staff, as well as scheduling for the library's computer classroom.
Mack is an active member of VCU's Staff Senate and volunteers for VCU Health's Arthur Ashe Books 4 Kids Reading Program, which allows pediatric patients at the Children's Pavilion to select books to enjoy while waiting to see the doctor.
