Agnes "Kathy" Bradshaw joined the VCU Libraries faculty in fall 2015. She brings a unique blend of key credentials to her work at VCU Libraries. As Assistant University Librarian for Organizational Development, she has responsibility for strategic leadership and planning related to all aspects of the VCU Libraries organizational design and staffing. She oversees staff development and training programs; analyzes organizational data and advises senior leadership on strategies for strengthening the organization and culture of the VCU Libraries; supervises human resources activities, including policy development and compliance; and directs initiatives related to inclusive excellence and diversity throughout the VCU Libraries, working closely with the VCU Libraries’ Diversity Committee.

She is a member of the senior leadership team. She holds credentials in both library science and human resources management.
