The Health Sciences Library is excited to announce the opening of a new photo gallery, "Joy Behind the Stacks," beginning Thursday, Sept. 4. The exhibit features photographs submitted by Health Sciences Library faculty and staff, offering a rare glimpse into the moments, places and experiences that bring them joy outside of their daily work in the library.

The collection highlight a wide range of subjects, from breathtaking landscapes and travel photography to playful, heartwarming images of pets, family, and wildlife. Some photos are awe-inspiring, others lighthearted or humorous. Together they tell a story of the diverse passions and lives of the people who support the Health Sciences Library community.

The exhibit was created not only to showcase the creativity and interests of library faculty and staff, but also to give visitors the chance to connect with the people behind the services and resources they use every day. By sharing these glimpses of life beyond the library walls, the exhibit reminds us all of the many ways joy can be found and celebrated.
