VCU Libraries is constantly improving its online collection with new materials. These new databases give students, faculty and staff access to more resources. The newest additions offer access to scholarly articles, archival collections, business case studies and news sources. Learn more about the new databases and how they can support your work.
Scopus, popular with faculty and advanced researchers, is a multidisciplinary abstract and citation database covering science, technology, engineering, medicine, social sciences, arts and humanities. The Atlantic joins other well-regarded news and opinion sources available to students, staff and faculty through VCU Libraries. Yes, users can avoid paywalls to national and local news sources! VCU Libraries’ subscriptions to The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, the Financial Times include free personal accounts for VCU students and faculty.
