Erin Carrillo

As part of the Academic Outreach department, Erin Carrillo works with faculty and students in science and engineering to support their research and learning.

Their research interests include data management. They also have keen interests in studying and remedying the underrepresentation of women and minorities in STEM fields and are also interested in how universities and libraries can better meet the needs of underserved populations.

Before joining the faculty at VCU Libraries in 2018, they were a science librarian at University of Wisconsin-Madison.
