As the Online Learning Librarian, Hope Kelly collaborates with colleagues in the VCU Libraries and across the university to advance the design and development of the Libraries' online instructional content, environments and experiences.
She joined the VCU faculty in 2020 after serving as an assistant professor of instructional design & technology at the University of Virginia and as an education and training specialist at the University of Florida. Her scholarly interests include open educational resources and instructional design in higher education.
