Kristin Kerbavaz

Assessment Librarian Kristin Kerbavaz supports her colleagues in their work to collect and analyze data in order to improve library services, make evidence-based decisions and understand VCU Libraries’ impact. This includes setting assessment strategy for VCU Libraries, as well as chairing the libraries’ Assessment Committee and providing consultation and training for library staff.

Before joining VCU Libraries, Kerbavaz held assessment librarian positions at the University of Western Ontario and Grand Valley State University. In addition to the assessment of library spaces and services, her research interests include transferable skills in the library workforce and the academic library job search.
