Isabella Pence-Lanctot

As the User Services Coordinator, Isabella works with the management team of Information Services & Learning Spaces to staff the service points of Cabell Library. In addition to providing research assistance at the information desk, she oversees the development and maintenance of equipment, supplies, workflow documentation, service standards, schedules, and training. She also participates in outreach events, gives library tours and contributes content to learning technologies.

Isabella began working at VCU Libraries in 2014 as an interlibrary loan specialist for Resource Sharing and Delivery.

M.S. in Information Science with a certificate in Advanced Management in Libraries and Information Agencies, 2018.
