Tim Siegel

As the chief administrator for many of VCU Libraries' critical back-end systems, including Ex Libris' Alma and Primo, EzProxy, and ILLiad, Tim Siegel keeps the technical infrastructure going. As a member of the Enterprise Systems and Desktop Support team, he seeks to work with, and alongside, the Libraries' faculty and staff to offer troubleshooting, systems support, maintenance, and implementation, training and improvement of workflows. He explores new technologies and identifies opportunities for their effective application, including the potential integration with other university and library systems.

Before his arrival at VCU in 2017, Siegel was the Systems Librarian at Liberty University.
